How to Return Your EATS. Case

1. Keep your MagRing
Before returning your case, remove and keep your MagRing. It's designed to be reused with your next EATS. case.

2. Request your free returns label
Email info@eats.ltd and we'll send you a free returns label.

3. Send your old case back to us
Package your case and attach the free returns label. Then simply pop it in the post.

4. We'll recycle it into something new
Once we receive your case, we'll process it through our circular recycling system so the material can be ground down and made into something new - often another EATS. case.

5. Receive 30% off your next case
As soon as we've received your returned case, we'll email you a 30% discount code for your next EATS. case. No questions asked.

Let’s take our phone cases as an example.  Did you know that every year approximately 1.3 BILLION plastic phone cases end up in landfill every year?  That’s about 5000 elephants worth of plastic, which takes roughly 500 years to decompose!  Per year!  And rising! 

Some good news though - by choosing an EATS. case, landfill can be avoided as we have made the MagRing removable so the case can be returned to us (FOC) and ground back down.  Not only that, but by producing our cases in Sweden, we can make 470 cases for the same CO2e value as one phone case made in China!  Fun fact, they're made from used candy boxes!
