It all started six years ago when a couple of guys from Winchester were being kept awake at night by one simple question:

How is it OK that over one billion plastic phone cases are ending up in landfill every year?

The more they looked into it, the more they realised that phone cases were designed to do one job: protect your phone. What nobody seemed to be thinking about was what happened when you'd finished with them.

There had to be a better way.

So they set out to create a phone case that didn't just protect your phone—it challenged the way the industry thinks about waste.

That idea became EATS.
